What the heck is that red flashing light?

Okay, the peeps in this house have finally gone over the edge. The man peep has been saying for the last little while that his alarm clock is broken. The lady peep has been sayin' there's nothing wrong with it...he just needs to remember to set it. Anyhow turns out she was wrong, cause the man peep swore he set it on Thursday night and it didin't ring on Friday morning...so he went and got another one on the weekend. Nothing crazy about that I agree. Well here's the crazy part, the clock he got has this projector thing on it that makes the time project up onto the wall or ceiling or wherever you point it. The freakin thing is bright red and flashes on the wall all night long. I don't know how anyone can sleep with it flashing.

Everyone got a great laugh at my expense 'cause naturally when I saw it first, I thought the flashy part was a new and exciting kind of bug so I tried to climb up the wall after it. I finally figured out what everyone thought was was funny and crawled under the bed in a huff. I think its mean for people to laugh at other's people's expense. But, being a very smart fat grey cat, I got back at everyone later on that night by jumping up on the TV cabinet and knocking a plant onto the floor. What a loud bang it made and the sound of crockery skittering all over the floor was pretty wild. You should have seen how fast the tow of them woke up. They don't need an alarm clock when they got me.

Naturally, there was a down side to my action. After the man peep's heartbeat slowed down to normal again, he opened the bedroom door and dumped me out in the hall again. Jeez, I wonder if I'll ever make it through a whole night in the bedroom with them.

Oh, Eric! You has such an acitin home. We gots plants that jump offa the counter by themselves - honest! My beans has noisy wake-up fings, but if Mom ignores it long enuf, I can snuggle up an help her go back to sleep. That's what she wants, right?

They can't put you out during the night. How will your man peep ever wake up on time without you there? It's obvious that he is Slumberly Challenged. Kudos for the plant.

Hee hee. My mum is Slumberly Challenged too, she has to have 3 alarms. I don't like it when I am snuggled up next to her in the bed all sleepy and then the loud alarm goes off. It disturbs me.

That red light seems scary. We would not be able to sleep with that thing flashing all over the place.
