Spring is coming, the birds is singing.

First I want to respond to my lovely Zippy's peep's recent blog. My lady peep says to say " I feel your pain". I dont know exactly what they were, but my lady peep had some work related hurts last summer. Pretty serious stuff actually and she ended up without any job at all. She said to tell you to stay strong, sometimes its more important to your sanity to do what you think is right. The lady peeps says Good things always find good people and if your job is making you sick, you should stop going there. Something better will come along right away. It did for her. She gots a "temporary" job that she likes a lot. We like it too because its closer to home, so she comes home at lunch some times. SO DON'T GET STRESSED OUT.

Guess what? Spring is coming... yup it is. yup it is. It comes every year and will be here really soon. I know because today the lady peep opened the front door and pulled the screen door across so me and Marble could sit in front hall and look outside. I saw a bluejay and then, I kid you not, a little dog critter wearing a turtleneck sweater and boots. He was jumping over puddles and everythign. Like I'd ever wear boots(they probably don't make them big enough for me) and, I smelled some very interesting smells...Marble says he thinks it's something called a "skunk". They sleep all winter he says and wake up in the spring. I don't believe that. It's mean for Marble to make up stories. I think they'd get really hungry and wake up in January. He said he hopes I meet one face to face this summer. I hope I do too, because I wanta find out how they stay asleep so long. For sure, they're sleeping half their lives away. That's a waste...

Me and Marble are getting pretty good lately. For instance, this morning we both shared the same drips from the bathroom sink. And we don't fight over the food bowl and now sometimes sleep beside the lady peep together. When we chase each other its just for fun.No more fighting with our claws out. Sometimes we even curl up together on the lady peep's sewing room table and snooze in the sunshine.

I think Marble is going home again soon. The man peep and the lady peep are going to Red Deer to watch the grand daughter's soccer game next Sunday and I think they're going to take Marble home at the same time. I actually kinda hope not, it's nice having a brother.

Oh yeah, the lady peep says to say Happy St. Patrick's day for her in case she doesn't remember to leave the computer on this week. Here's a lucky leprechaun
